The largest species of salmon visits the Oregon coast for a short time each year, allowing us to sustainably harvest the prized fish. Known for its high levels of brain-boosting Omega-3s and buttery rich flavor, the Chinook deserves the title of King.
We smoke and glaze our Chinook with cracked black pepper. Serve on its own or mix with cream cheese and dill for an unforgettable Sunday spread. Just don't forget the bread!
The salmon are caught locally and delivered to the processor the same day. Vacuum sealed for freshness, the packages will last up to six months in the freezer. Order a half pound for $20 or one full pound for $40.
