The largest species of salmon visits the Oregon coast for a short time each year, allowing us to sustainably harvest the prized fish. Known for its high levels of omega-3 fatty acids and rich flavor, the Chinook deserves the title of king.
Our Chinook salmon fillets are cut into 4-ounce portions:
- Small orders include approximately two 4-ounce fillets (total weight = 1/2 pound)
- Medium orders include approximately four 4-ounce fillets (total weight = 1 pound)
- Large orders include approximately eight 4-ounce fillets (total weight = 2 pounds)
Chinook salmon fillets are vacuum-packed and immediately frozen. Freshness and quality is guaranteed. Frozen fillets should last in your freezer up to 6 months.
