Pacific rockfish, a.k.a. Pacific snapper, is a medium-firm white fish with a mildly sweet flavor and flaky texture. Known for its versatility, this seafood staple tastes great baked, sautéed, broiled, or poached. Spice it up for fish tacos and ceviche, or simmer it slowly in soups and stews.
- Small orders include approximately two 4-ounce fillets (total weight = 1/2 pound)
- Medium orders include approximately four 4-ounce fillets (total weight = 1 pound)
- Whole fish: We ask for a $10 deposit and will charge the difference upon delivery. $9/lb for a whole fish.
Pacific rockfish fillets are vacuum-packed and immediately frozen. Freshness and quality is guaranteed. Frozen fillets should last in your freezer up to 6 months.
